The board

In a space

Open the space sidebar › PageCycle. Anyone who can view the space can use it.

  • Status counts across the top: one card per status with its number of pages. Click a card to list only those pages; "All statuses" shows everything. Below the cards, the workflow map draws the workflow with the same counts; rest the pointer on a status to see its moves, or click it to list its pages. The legend's info icons explain each kind of arrow: any editor, needs a group, automation only.
  • Pages: title, status, how long it has been in that status, and its next review date. Pages without a status (templates, the space home) stay out of the way until you choose Show pages without a status.
  • Stuck: pages that are not signed off or archived and haven't moved for 14, 30, 60 or 90 days.
  • History: every move in the space, filtered by person, outcome and dates.
  • Download CSV on each tab exports exactly the rows shown under the current filters. Times are in UTC (ISO 8601).

Across spaces

Apps › PageCycle lists every space with PageCycle turned on where you can view pages, with the diagram, page counts and stuck pages for each.

Only what you can see

Every count, list, history row and CSV line comes from pages you can view. PageCycle checks your permission on each page when you open the board, so a page someone restricted from you never shows up, and access someone removes applies the next time you load the board.

One board load checks up to 1,000 pages; spaces with more show a notice and count the first 1,000.
